We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that assembled custom skateboards and worn apparel are not eligible for return unless defective.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original shipping box.

Pack and Ship

Include all original tags and packaging, then drop your package off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
