How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your status directly in the 'Order History' section of your CCS account.
What is your return policy for skateboards and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unridden gear in its original packaging. Please note that custom-assembled skateboards cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, CCS ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package.
How do I know which skateboard size is right for me?
Choosing a deck size depends on your height, shoe size, and skating style. Generally, wider decks (8.25"+) are better for transitions and ramps, while narrower decks (7.75" - 8.0") are preferred for technical street skating.
